Red Carpet Showcase - Susan G. Komen for the Cure

Big Band Artist, Alexandria was inspired to participate in The Women of Color Conference by lending her voice literally with a jaw dropping performance st the beginning of the conference and also figuratively to support Susan G Komen for the Cure. Alexandria lost her grandmother to breast cancer and feels strongly that we should all come together to raise on-going breast cancer awareness and prevention.

Her profound advice was well put in a simple motto that she shares with her husband: "Together we win! And that goes over into everything." She then moved us (well, we put her on the spot) for an a cappella rendition of Somewhere Over the Rainbow! It was absolutely beautiful!!!
