About Robert Casillas

ROBERT CASILLAS is President and Founder of the Monsoon Group of Las Vegas, NV. A full service nightclub, bar, and restaurant consulting company, which also produces and promotes specialty events.

Robert is a professional consultant, educator, writer, and speaker on topics such as nightclub and bar marketing, promotions, operations, development, plus many more subjects. Robert is presently an expert contributing writer for NIGHTCLUB & BAR MAGAZINE, a publication of Questex Media Group.

Since 2005 Robert has been a key educator and presentation developer for the world renown Las Vegas International Hospitality Week and Nightclub & Bar Magazine’s Beverage Retailer Convention and Tradeshow. Robert is proud to announce that he will now be a contributing writer for Exotic Dancer's CLUB BULLETIN MAGAZINE.

Before the founding of Monsoon Group, Robert served in the United States Marine Corps as a non-commissioned officer. In addition to attending Penn State University and maintaining a 4.0 GPA, Robert completed the prestigious programs: US Army’s JFK Psychological Operations Officer Course and United States Air Force’s Public Affairs Officer Course, both with honors.
